Woodlands is a major regional centre and residential town in northern Singapore. Woodlands MRT serves the North-South and Thomson-East Coast lines, while Causeway Point, Woodlands Civic Centre and the regional bus interchange form an important transport and community hub.
If an essential expense has created a temporary financial shortfall, you may be searching for a Woodlands money lender nearby. Credit 21 does not operate a branch or office in Woodlands. Our registered moneylending office is located at 10 Anson Road, #01-07 International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
Borrowers can take the Thomson-East Coast Line directly from Woodlands to Maxwell MRT, followed by an approximately 10-minute walk to International Plaza. An alternative route uses the North-South Line and an interchange at City Hall.
From Woodlands MRT Station, take the Thomson-East Coast Line towards the city and alight at Maxwell MRT. The direct journey passes through Woodlands South, Springleaf, Lentor, Mayflower, Bright Hill, Upper Thomson, Caldecott, Stevens, Napier, Orchard Boulevard, Orchard, Great World, Havelock and Outram Park before reaching Maxwell.
From Maxwell MRT, walk approximately 10 minutes towards Anson Road and International Plaza. Credit 21 is located at #01-07 on the first level.
Alternatively, take the North-South Line from Woodlands to City Hall. Change to the East-West Line and travel two stops through Raffles Place to Tanjong Pagar MRT. Use Exit C, which is beside International Plaza.
Causeway Point is connected to Woodlands MRT and the regional bus interchange. Use Exit D when entering the MRT station from the shopping centre, then follow the signs to the Thomson-East Coast Line platform.
Woodlands Civic Centre is close to Causeway Point and Woodlands MRT. Walk towards the station through the town centre, then choose either the direct Thomson-East Coast Line route to Maxwell or the North-South Line route through City Hall.
Enter 10 Anson Road, Singapore 079903 as your destination. Allow additional time during weekday commuting periods, particularly along the SLE, CTE and roads within the CBD. Basement parking is available at International Plaza through the Anson Road entrance, subject to availability and prevailing charges.
A medical payment, necessary household expense, urgent family commitment or temporary income gap can disrupt a monthly budget. Before considering a personal loan, confirm the exact cost and deduct any savings, reimbursements or suitable payment arrangements that may be available.
Compare the remaining amount with your income and regular housing, food, utilities, transport, insurance and existing debt commitments. The proposed instalment should remain manageable without affecting these essential expenses.
You can use Credit 21’s personal loan calculator to estimate possible repayments. The result is intended for planning and does not represent a confirmed interest rate, loan amount or approval decision. Every application remains subject to assessment and repayment ability.
You may begin by submitting an online loan application. Credit 21 may then request identification, income records, employment details, bank statements or other supporting documents needed to assess your circumstances.
The loan process cannot be completed entirely online. Face-to-face identity verification, explanation of the proposed terms and contract signing must take place at Credit 21’s registered office before a loan can be granted.
Before signing, review the interest rate, applicable fees, repayment schedule, late-payment consequences and total amount repayable. The agreement should be explained in language you understand, and you should receive a copy of the completed contract.
Do not sign a blank or incomplete document. Ask for clarification if any cost, condition or repayment obligation is unclear.
Some people living or working around Woodlands make regular journeys across the border for employment, family responsibilities or essential appointments. Transport fares, fuel, tolls and currency conversion can cause the monthly cost of these journeys to vary.
A practical Woodlands borrower tip is to calculate affordability using a cautious estimate of your normal cross-border expenses. Do not assume that favourable exchange rates, reduced travel or temporary transport savings will continue throughout the repayment period. Keep enough income available for necessary journeys and base any loan enquiry only on the essential shortfall you can reasonably repay.
