Simei is a residential neighbourhood in eastern Singapore centred around Simei MRT and Eastpoint Mall. The area is also close to Changi General Hospital and provides convenient transport connections to Tampines, Bedok and other parts of the East.
If an essential expense has created a temporary financial shortfall, you may be searching for a Simei money lender nearby. Credit 21 does not operate a branch or office in Simei. Our single registered office is located at 10 Anson Road, #01-07 International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
International Plaza is beside Tanjong Pagar MRT Exit C. Simei and Tanjong Pagar are both on the East-West Line, allowing borrowers to travel directly without changing trains.
From Simei MRT Station on the East-West Line, take a train towards the city and Tuas Link. Travel 12 stops through Tanah Merah, Bedok, Kembangan, Eunos, Paya Lebar, Aljunied, Kallang, Lavender, Bugis, City Hall and Raffles Place before reaching Tanjong Pagar MRT.
No interchange is required. Use Exit C at Tanjong Pagar MRT. International Plaza is beside the station, and Credit 21 is located at #01-07.
Eastpoint Mall is beside Simei MRT. Follow the signs to the station, enter the East-West Line platform for trains travelling towards the city and alight at Tanjong Pagar.
If you are starting from Changi General Hospital, travel to Simei MRT by bus or on foot, depending on your preferred route and mobility needs. You can then take the East-West Line directly to Tanjong Pagar. Check a live journey planner before leaving to compare the available connections.
Enter 10 Anson Road, Singapore 079903 as your destination. Allow additional time during weekday commuting periods, particularly when travelling through the city. Basement parking is available at International Plaza through the Anson Road entrance, subject to availability and prevailing charges.
A medical payment, family expense, household repair or temporary income interruption can create an unexpected financial gap. Before considering a personal loan, confirm the amount that remains after using available savings and exploring other appropriate payment arrangements.
Compare the proposed instalment with your regular housing costs, food, utilities, transport, insurance and existing repayments. Leave enough money for essential expenses and unexpected needs throughout the repayment period. Borrowing the maximum amount available may not be suitable if a smaller amount can cover the confirmed shortfall.
You may use Credit 21’s personal loan calculator to estimate possible repayments. The result is intended for planning and does not represent a guaranteed interest rate, loan amount or approval decision. Every application remains subject to assessment and repayment ability.
You may begin by submitting an online loan application. Credit 21 may request identification, income records, employment details, bank statements or other documents needed to assess your circumstances.
The borrowing process cannot be completed entirely online. Face-to-face identity verification must take place at Credit 21’s registered office before a loan can be granted. The proposed terms must also be explained before the contract is signed.
Review the interest rate, applicable fees, repayment schedule, late-payment consequences and total amount repayable. Make sure the terms are explained in language you understand, do not sign a blank or incomplete document, and obtain a copy of the completed agreement.
For eligible unsecured loans other than business loans disbursed on or after 15 September 2026, a three-business-day cooling-off period applies. Credit 21’s guide to the moneylender loan cooling-off period explains the coverage, deadline and cancellation process.
Simei is close to Changi General Hospital and several other healthcare services. When an urgent consultation or treatment creates a financial concern, the first bill may not represent the full amount that the patient or family will need to manage.
A practical Simei borrower tip is to ask whether follow-up consultations, medication, rehabilitation, medical supplies or additional transport will be required. Confirm what may be covered by insurance, MediSave, subsidies, employer benefits or an approved payment arrangement. Consider only the remaining amount you must personally pay, while keeping part of your monthly budget available for continuing care expenses.
