Punggol is a large and growing residential town in north-eastern Singapore. Punggol MRT, Waterway Point and One Punggol form an important transport, retail and community hub serving residents around Punggol Central, Waterway, Northshore and the surrounding estates.
If an essential expense has created a temporary financial shortfall, you may be searching for a Punggol money lender nearby. Credit 21 does not operate a branch or office in Punggol. Our registered moneylending office is located at 10 Anson Road, #01-07 International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
International Plaza is beside Tanjong Pagar MRT Exit C. From Punggol MRT, borrowers can take the North East Line to Outram Park and change to the East-West Line for Tanjong Pagar.
From Punggol MRT Station, take the North East Line towards HarbourFront. The journey passes through Sengkang, Buangkok, Hougang, Kovan, Serangoon, Woodleigh, Potong Pasir, Boon Keng, Farrer Park, Little India, Dhoby Ghaut, Clarke Quay and Chinatown before reaching Outram Park, a total of 14 stops.
At Outram Park, change to the East-West Line and travel one stop to Tanjong Pagar MRT. Use Exit C, which is beside International Plaza. Credit 21 is located at #01-07.
Waterway Point is directly connected to Punggol MRT and the bus interchange. Follow the signs within the shopping centre to the North East Line platforms, then take a train towards HarbourFront and change at Outram Park.
One Punggol, formerly referred to as Punggol Town Hub, is a short walk from Punggol MRT. You may also take the Punggol LRT from Sam Kee Station to Punggol Station before changing to the North East Line.
Local bus and LRT services connect the different Punggol estates with Punggol MRT. Check a live journey planner before travelling, as the most convenient connection will depend on your starting point.
Enter 10 Anson Road, Singapore 079903 as your destination. Journey times will depend on traffic along the TPE, KPE, CTE and roads within the CBD. Basement parking is available at International Plaza through the Anson Road entrance, subject to availability and prevailing charges.
A medical payment, necessary household expense, family commitment or temporary income gap can disrupt a monthly budget. Before considering a personal loan, confirm the exact expense and deduct any savings, reimbursements or suitable payment arrangements that may be available.
Compare the remaining shortfall with your income and regular housing, food, utilities, transport, insurance and existing debt commitments. The proposed instalment should remain manageable without reducing the amount needed for essential household expenses.
You can use Credit 21’s personal loan calculator to estimate possible repayments. The result is intended for planning and does not represent a guaranteed interest rate, loan amount or approval decision. Every application remains subject to assessment and repayment ability.
You may begin by submitting an online loan application. Credit 21 may then request identification, proof of income, employment details, bank statements or other supporting documents needed to assess your circumstances.
The loan process cannot be completed entirely online. Face-to-face identity verification and explanation of the proposed terms must take place at Credit 21’s registered office before a loan can be granted.
Before signing, review the interest rate, applicable fees, repayment schedule, late-payment consequences and total amount repayable. The agreement should be explained in language you understand, and you should receive a copy of the completed contract.
Do not sign a blank or incomplete document. Ask for clarification if any cost, condition or repayment obligation is unclear.
Punggol has many newer residential developments. If you have recently moved into a home, an unexpected plumbing, electrical, fitting or finishing problem may appear to require an immediate paid repair.
A practical Punggol borrower tip is to check whether the defect remains covered by the developer, HDB, renovation contractor, appliance warranty or home insurance before borrowing for the repair. Report the problem through the appropriate channel and obtain written confirmation of who is responsible. If you must pay personally, collect quotations and base any loan enquiry only on the confirmed essential cost.
