Pasir Ris is a large residential town and transport hub in eastern Singapore. Pasir Ris MRT, White Sands and Pasir Ris Bus Interchange serve residents across the surrounding estates, while the neighbourhood also provides access to parks, schools and recreational facilities.
If an essential expense has created a temporary financial shortfall, you may be searching for a Pasir Ris money lender nearby. Credit 21 does not operate a branch or office in Pasir Ris. Our single registered office is located at 10 Anson Road, #01-07 International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
International Plaza is beside Tanjong Pagar MRT Exit C. Pasir Ris and Tanjong Pagar are both on the East-West Line, allowing borrowers to travel directly without changing trains.
From Pasir Ris MRT Station, take the East-West Line towards Tuas Link. Travel 14 stops through Tampines, Simei, Tanah Merah, Bedok, Kembangan, Eunos, Paya Lebar, Aljunied, Kallang, Lavender, Bugis, City Hall and Raffles Place before reaching Tanjong Pagar MRT.
No interchange is required. Use Exit C at Tanjong Pagar MRT. International Plaza is beside the station, and Credit 21 is located at #01-07.
White Sands is beside Pasir Ris MRT. Follow the signs from the shopping centre to the station, enter the East-West Line platform for trains travelling towards the city and remain on the train until Tanjong Pagar.
If you are arriving at Pasir Ris Bus Interchange from a surrounding estate, walk to the adjoining MRT station and continue by train. Depending on your starting point, travelling to Tampines or another East-West Line station may provide an alternative route. Check a live journey planner before leaving.
Enter 10 Anson Road, Singapore 079903 as your destination. Journey times will depend on traffic along the expressways and roads approaching the CBD. Allow additional time during weekday commuting periods. Basement parking is available at International Plaza through the Anson Road entrance, subject to availability and prevailing charges.
An urgent household expense, medical payment, family commitment or temporary income interruption can affect an otherwise manageable budget. Before considering a personal loan, confirm the amount due and whether the payment must be made immediately.
Check whether the expense can be reduced, postponed or divided into manageable instalments through another suitable arrangement. Credit 21’s guide on whether to borrow or wait may help you consider the timing before submitting an application.
If you decide to enquire about a loan, compare the proposed instalment with your housing costs, food, utilities, transport, insurance and existing repayments. Borrow only the amount required for the confirmed shortfall. Every application is assessed individually, and neither approval nor the amount requested is guaranteed.
You may begin by submitting an online loan application. Credit 21 may request identification, income records, employment details, bank statements or other supporting documents needed to assess your circumstances.
The loan process cannot be completed entirely online. Face-to-face identity verification must take place at Credit 21’s registered office before a loan can be granted. The proposed terms must also be explained before the agreement is signed.
Review the interest rate, applicable fees, repayment schedule, late-payment consequences and total amount repayable. Make sure the terms are explained in language you understand. Do not sign a blank or incomplete document, and obtain a copy of the completed agreement.
For eligible unsecured loans other than business loans disbursed on or after 15 September 2026, a three-business-day cooling-off period applies. Credit 21’s guide to the moneylender loan cooling-off period explains the coverage, deadline and cancellation process.
Pasir Ris residents may travel considerable distances for work in the CBD, Changi area or other employment centres. Early starts, late finishes and changing shifts can sometimes require a combination of MRT, bus, taxi or private-hire transport.
A practical Pasir Ris borrower tip is to calculate transport costs using several recent months rather than the lowest-cost month. Include occasional journeys outside normal public transport hours and any regular first-mile or last-mile connections. Compare the proposed loan instalment with the budget left after these realistic commuting costs, especially if your schedule or workplace changes from week to week.
